Job Summary
Provide safe, effective nursing care to residents under general supervision according to care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately, assess residents, document care in the EMR, monitor performance and mentor CNAs, ensure infection control and safety compliance, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Clinical experience
