Job Summary
Position Summary: Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to deliver appropriate treatment and interventions in an ambulatory office setting. Roles include assisting with patient care, onboarding/education of nursing staff, care navigation for patients and families, documentation in EMR, and managing medications and supplies. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and Medical Assisting certification; prior clinical office experience and ability to perform manual blood pressure are preferred. Compensation range $19.02-$31.91 per hour; benefits information available via SIH Careers portal. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Certification for Medical Assisting required – (NCCT, AAMA, NHA or NAHP preferred)
- 1 year of clinical office experience preferred
- Ability to perform manual blood pressure
- Strong communication skills
- EMR documentation competency
