Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the established care plan for a juvenile client in a home setting; monitor the client’s condition and communicate any changes promptly; complete accurate and timely documentation; maintain a safe and supportive care environment. Requires an active LPN license in Maryland, CPR certification, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and negative PPD or chest X-ray. Strong communication and documentation skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care are essential. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Required Qualifications
