LPN Office Nurse - Herkimer - Full time - Days -(HERKIMER, NY)

Gather patient measurements, record findings, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Perform supportive care tasks under the direction of licensed healthcare providers or registered professional nurses. Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe work environment while utilizing standard precautions. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for patient health within the case finding and health coaching framework. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and attend mandatory educational workshops to maintain technical knowledge. Respond to patient requests and communicate effectively with providers. Requires current New York State licensure, BLS certification within six weeks, and an accredited LPN degree. Full-time day shift at Mohawk Valley Health System.
