LPN Office Nurse - Herkimer - Full Time - Days -(HERKIMER, NY)

Gather patient measurements, record findings, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Perform supportive care tasks under the direction of licensed health care providers or registered professional nurses. Assist with self-care and self-management plans while maintaining equipment, supplies, and a safe work environment. Utilize standard precautions at all times and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to respond to patient requests. Maintain technical knowledge through mandatory workshops, in-services, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Full-time, 8-hour day shift; $22.00–$32.00 per hour.
