Job Summary
LPN Nursing Unit Manager responsible for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis with day shift hours (9a-5p). Provide patient-centered care within a world-class team, lead nursing operations, coordinate staff, and ensure quality resident outcomes in a post-acute, skilled nursing setting. Qualifications include current Ohio LPN license and leadership/administrative responsibilities; previous ADON experience is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive plans, 401(k) match, and daily-pay options. Travel not required; position focuses on in-unit management and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
