LPN Nursing Supervisor-

LPN Nursing Supervisor provides licensed nursing services to residents and may supervise other staff positions. Responsibilities include medication administration for residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations, possible admissions assessments and documentation, completing service plans, and clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director. The role requires effective communication with residents, families, and physicians, quick response to emergencies, teamwork across departments, and participation in educational meetings and required trainings. May provide oversight and direction for care staff and maintain confidentiality and a safe working environment in the community.
