LPN Nursing Role 3 to 4 Days a Week with Full Time Benefits

Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to medical needs during night shifts. Assist with sick call and chronic care clinics while performing intake screenings and health assessments. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure continuity of care. Rotate through 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend, with three to four days off weekly. Work at Surry County Jail in North Carolina as part of Southern Health Partners' correctional healthcare team.
