Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in inpatient rehabilitation, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments; collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans; cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery and celebrate patient victories along the way. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
