Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in assisted living, under supervision, administers medications or treatments as ordered, documents resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure health, comfort and safety. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to LPN licensure and current licensure in the practicing state(s). Night shift with 8-hour blocks; includes shift differentials and benefits; long-term care/sub-acute/medical-surgical settings experience preferred.
