Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in assisted living under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Responsibilities include administering medications or treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to LPN licensure and current LPN licensure in the state(s) of practice. Night shift position with full-time and part-time options, generous shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited school/college of nursing leading to LPN licensure
- Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice
