Job Summary
Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding treatment plan changes. Provide preventative and supportive care for patients across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Oversee the Nurse Aide team by giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service during daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment. This full-time or part-time role offers up to $34.55 starting wages plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A current license to practice as a Practical Nurse LPN in Michigan
- current CPR-BLS certification
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
- A high level of analytical abilities
