LPN Nurse Supervisors

Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures while developing individualized comprehensive care plans for residents. Perform assessments for new patient admissions and complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, maintaining safe and clean working conditions, and monitoring confidential information processing. Ensure timely documentation of patient care services and nursing supplies inventory, while maintaining supervision of staff and facility operations. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to provide the highest quality of care in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards.
