LPN Nurse

Job Summary
Provide on-site medical care for employees within nursing scope, respond promptly to workplace and general health issues, perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry), maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance, ensure confidentiality in health matters, support safety and ergonomic initiatives, assist with wellness programs and employee health education, help manage and document workers’ compensation cases, take on additional responsibilities to support the health and safety team; requires active LPN license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and preferred 1+ years nursing experience. This role is based at the on-site nurse’s station and includes mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse required
- Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required. If selected, Pilgrim’s will facilitate becoming certified in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
- Experience: Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the nursing field. Clinical hours can be acceptable for graduate nurses
