Job Summary
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors. Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients regarding treatment plan changes. Provide preventative and supportive care for physiologic and psychosocial well-being. Oversee the Nurse Aide team by giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to evaluations. Maintain a 1:14 patient ratio with 12-hour shifts, including midnights. Requires a Michigan LPN license, CPR-BLS certification, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Located at 5655 Clarkston Road, Clarkston, MI.
Required Qualifications
- A current license to practice as a Practical Nurse - LPN - in Michigan
