Job Summary
Wellness Nurse Manager needed at Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN. Lead the Wellness team in a home-like environment, supervise floor operations, ensure person-centered care, and maintain accurate resident assessments and medical records. Responsibilities include direct nursing care with medication passes, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations, and supervising staff with a focus on resident safety and quality of life. Requires current LPN or RN license, strong leadership, and ability to communicate in English. Role entails standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with shift coverage from 7am to 7pm and a weekend on-call rotation; sign-on bonus of $5,000. Experience with memory care and EMR is preferred but not required. Salary is $38/hour base, with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing within state of employment
- Direct nursing care experience including medication passes
- Knowledge of current care standards and regulations
- Knowledge of current medication regulations and law
- Experience with EMR is preferred but not required
- English language ability to read, write, and communicate with Residents
- Positive, energetic attitude focused on residents' well-being
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day and lift/move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminal clearance
