Job Summary
Lead LPN Nurse Administrator at 55 West 110th Street: supervise assigned staff, connect clients’ medical and psychosocial needs, make referrals and coordinate with physicians, pharmacies and other treatment collaterals; act as primary medical case manager, conduct health and vitals checks, coordinate with nursing leadership; maintain onsite medication administration record and controlled substance log with med counts; provide health education and advocate for client health goals in treatment team meetings; deliver emergency first aid/ CPR; related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
