Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider, including collecting and documenting health information such as vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, assist with patient education and care coordination, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record while upholding safety, quality, and infection control standards to support a positive, patient-focused environment. This role operates under Novant Health policies and requires a state LPN license, a Practical Nursing Program graduate, and one year of relevant experience.
