LPN - North Utica - Full Time - Days -(UTICA, NY)

Gather patient measurements and collect patient data, then record and report findings. Prepare patients for examinations and treatments while performing supportive care tasks under the direction of licensed providers. Assist with self-care and self-management plans, maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment. Utilize standard precautions at all times and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to respond to patient requests. Maintain technical knowledge through educational workshops, in-services, and department committee participation. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and system-wide teams. This role supports the patient-centered delivery model of Mohawk Valley Health System.
