Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments accurately. Monitor and document residents' conditions, communicating changes to physicians and families as needed. Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity, and supervise and mentor care staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and respond to emergencies following proper protocols. Maintain accurate records ensuring compliance with state regulations. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in assisted living or memory care
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
