Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments; monitor residents’ vital signs and document progress; contribute to individualized care plans; communicate clearly with residents, families, and the healthcare team; ensure infection control and safety protocols; collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care; support residents and families through education and care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma
- Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and move patients and stand for extended periods
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
