LPN- Nights Full-Time

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Coordinate with the healthcare team to manage basic life support needs and initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms. Provide bedside care for medical and surgical patients, including wound care, IV insertion, and dressing changes. Educate patients and families on post-treatment home care, diet, and medication management. Document all patient information accurately in the electronic health record and communicate with family members as a liaison. Perform time-outs prior to invasive procedures and participate in discharge planning. Maintain proper supplies and equipment while adhering to facility safety, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
