Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift in StoneBridge Senior Living. Coordinates nursing care for residents, administers and documents medications, provides wound, catheterization, oxygen, and tracheostomy care per physician orders, maintains narcotics counts, responds to pain needs, transcribes physician orders, and performs nursing assessments while coordinating assignments to ensure safe resident care. Requires current LPN license and CPR certification; preferred 2 years in long-term care; duties occur in a facility located in De Soto, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
- Current CPR certification
