Job Summary
LPN- Night Shift on a unit for StoneBridge Senior Living: coordinates nursing care for residents, administers medications per physician orders, performs wound care and other treatments, conducts nursing assessments, documents and communicates changes in resident status, and collaborates with a care team to ensure safe, compassionate geriatric care. Requires valid LPN license, CPR, and interest in long-term/gerontological nursing. Familiarity with EMR and medication management skills supported by 2+ years in long-term care preferred; benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current state license to practice as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
