Job Summary
Conduct night shift nursing care for residents at Heritage Hall, adhering to Virginia licensing standards and long-term care regulations. Perform independent clinical decisions, administer medications, and provide compassionate support within a close-knit team environment. Shifts include 700p-700a and/or 1100p-700a. Requires an active LPN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and effective communication skills. Full-time employment offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
