Job Summary
Provides safe resident care and demonstrates competency in treatments/procedures per standards; administers medications according to the five rights and documents accordingly; participates in quality improvement efforts; adapts care to age-specific needs; communicates plan of care during shifts and handoffs; supports resident care during reassignments; performs duties within scheduled shift times; works in a full-time night-shift role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, starting pay $30.50/hour and up to $32/hour with differential, and potential $32.80/hour with experience-based adjustments; includes benefits such as 401(k), dental and health insurance, and PTO; requires 1 year of experience and an active nursing license/registration; working environment may include infection-control precautions and exposure to blood/body fluids; location: Clinton County, NY (US).
