Job Summary
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly task lists while planning, monitoring, and providing nursing care to residents. Oversee nursing procedures and services delivered by other team members, acting as the primary resource for state and federal regulations when the Director of Wellness or RN is absent. Coach team members to meet performance expectations, assist in monitoring and training caregivers for clinical issues, and support on-boarding processes. Conduct retention activities to maintain engaged team levels and champion hospitality through excellent customer service for residents, families, and vendors. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and participate in departmental and Town Hall meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A current and unencumbered LPN license
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language
