Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in collaboration with Registered Nurses to support individualized care plans and physician orders for LPN/LVN patients. Monitor vital signs, observe patient conditions, document responses to treatments, and assist with rehabilitation goals. Build meaningful patient relationships and contribute to recovery by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs. Work with a compassionate team using cutting-edge equipment and technology. Requirements include current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient medical-surgical or rehabilitation experience. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
