Conduct one-on-one patient care in home health settings across Philadelphia County, managing adult and pediatric cases with varying acuity levels. Utilize CubHub for electronic charting while receiving in-depth paid training from day one through award-winning simulation labs. Work overnight shifts with around-the-clock clinical support, guided by experienced clinical managers and educators to ensure confidence and skill development. Earn $29/hour for overnight and weekend assignments as part of the only paid, ANCC-accredited new graduate residency program in home care.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid nursing license
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
