Job Summary
Conduct skilled, one-on-one home care for clients across Fort Wayne, supporting pediatric, adult, and geriatric needs with personalized, high-quality care. Deliver daily diagnostic imaging coverage including electronic charting while receiving 24/7 clinical mentorship and 1:1 support from day one. Participate in a paid residency program featuring award-winning simulation labs and customized training to build clinical competence. Work flexible daytime and overnight shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours within a supportive, growth-minded culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
