Job Summary
LPN - Neurology role providing patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with the healthcare team, and evaluating responses to interventions for individual patients. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN license in Indiana or NLC, and BLS certification; orientation is required. Experience of 1-2 years is preferred. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, on-site in Fort Wayne, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program
- Active LPN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
- Successful completion of orientation
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
