Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Demonstrate competency in administering medications or treatments as ordered, performing testing to evaluate resident status, and recognizing problems to respond effectively to emergent situations. Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents while documenting interactions, medication outcomes, behavior, activity, and dietary needs. Counsel residents, family members, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans, and establish effective working relationships within the interdisciplinary care team. Work evening shifts for 24 hours weekly at Sanford Health's Woodsedge facility in Bemidji, MN, earning a salary range of $27.32 to $34.84 with applicable premiums and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
