Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in an assisted living setting under supervision of RN/APP/physician. Demonstrates nursing principles across age groups, conducts assessments, administers medications or treatments as ordered, documents care and outcomes, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, maintains confidentiality, counsels residents/families on prevention and treatment plans, and supports resident education and self-care. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as an LPN in the practice state; long term/sub-acute/medical-surgical experience preferred; flexible to evening, part-time schedule; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), time off, education support, and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice
