Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in an assisted living setting in Bemidji, MN, under supervision. Responsibilities include applying nursing principles, evaluating data, recognizing problems, administering medications or treatments, documenting resident interactions, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, maintaining confidentiality, counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and supporting resident education and self-care. Evening, part-time role with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice.
- Long term care, sub-acute care, medical/surgical experience preferred.
