Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Demonstrate competency in nursing principles, administer medications or treatments as ordered, and perform testing to evaluate resident status. Ensure resident health, comfort, and safety while documenting interactions, medication outcomes, behavior, activity, and dietary needs. Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans under direction. Work evening shifts at Woodsedge in Bemidji, MN, with a weekly schedule of 24 hours at a rate of $27.32 to $34.84 per hour.
Required Qualifications
