Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in assisted living under supervision, demonstrating nursing principles, assessing residents, administering medications or treatments, documenting interactions, and contributing to an interdisciplinary care team. Responsible for maintaining resident safety and confidentiality, counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and supporting self-care education; performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
