Job Summary
LPN Needed to provide daytime nursing care for medically fragile/technologically dependent pediatric patients (birth to 21 years) at a PPEC facility. Requires active Florida LPN license, CPR certification, AHCA background screening with eligibility results, and ability to work 10:00am–6:30pm with possible PM transport shifts and alternating Saturdays. Must be reliable, flexible, patient-focused, and comfortable caring for children; capable of repetitive standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and assisting with wheelchair transfers. Full-time, 40 hours/week. Prior pediatric nursing experience preferred and a commitment to safe patient handling and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse
- AHCA level 2 background screening with Eligibility results
- Current CPR certification
- Current physical/TB
- Available to work alternating Saturdays
- Shifts 10:00am – 6:30pm (possible pm transport shifts)
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs from floor to waist and waist to shoulder; team lifts 40+ lbs
- Full time position 40 hours per week
