Job Summary
Collect and document patient information including vital signs, medications, and health risk screens. Provide clinical interventions such as drug administration and procedures as ordered by the provider. Monitor patients with chronic diseases, verify eligibility, and collaborate with the RN to coordinate care plans. Assist with phone communications, training, and ad-hoc duties while maintaining compliance for laboratory QC and narcotic counts. This LPN role is based in Las Vegas, NV, with no weekends, nights, or holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $36.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- No weekends, nights or holidays

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of clinical experience in primary care
- Electronic medical records (EMR) experience
- Immunization and injection experience
- Charge or leadership experience
