Job Summary
Collect and document patient information including vital signs, medication reviews, and health risk screens. Provide clinical interventions such as drug administration and procedures as ordered. Monitor patients with chronic diseases, verify eligibility, and anticipate provider needs for exams. Assist RNs with care plan coordination, handle phone communications, and support coworkers with training or ad-hoc duties. Manage compliance tasks like laboratory QC, narcotic counts, and crash cart maintenance. Present medical cases to ITDs when required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- No weekends, nights or holidays

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of clinical experience in primary care
- Electronic medical records (EMR) experience
- Immunization and injection experience
- Charge or leadership experience
