Job Summary
Assess patients, manage medications, and perform nursing treatments like catheterization and sterile dressing changes under RN direction. Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care for home recovery while documenting visits electronically within 24-48 hours. Collect and report clinical data regarding health status changes, including symptoms indicating decline. Requires NY State LPN license, one year of med/surg experience, a driver's license, and car. $10,000 sign-on bonus or student loan assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- NY State LPN License
- Minimum of one year Med/surg experience in a hospital or Longterm Care facility
- Must have a driver license and car
- Good computer skills
