LPN - Morrilton, AR - 40 hours Weekly

Escort patients to exam rooms, ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked; take vitals, perform blood draws, administer injections, and assist with procedures under provider direction. Work as part of the care team to develop patient plans of care and address gaps in care. Perform front desk duties including scheduling, medical record requests, documentation, referrals, and coordinating care outside the clinic. Process test results and communicate timely results to patients. Participate in outreach to engage eligible patient groups and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
