Job Summary
Provides licensed nursing services to residents in an assisted living/memory care community; responsibilities include medication administration, potential admissions assessments and documentation, completing service plans, clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds, infection control) under direction, health-related consults, effective communication, notifying physicians/family of health changes, quick emergency responses, teamwork across departments, educational meetings for residents and staff, potential oversight/direction for care staff, and adherence to safety plans and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in state
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR certification or willingness to become certified
