LPN

Direct patient care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments. Accurate documentation of patient info, vitals, interventions, and medications with 100% compliance; collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with strict accuracy; maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and sterilize equipment via autoclave. Collaborate with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and provide patient/family education on care management. Delivers direct care for a specific patient population; administers medications and treatments; provides patient and family teaching and discharge instructions. Requires NY LPN license & registration, BLS, and Infection Control certification.
