Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and vaccinations, and assist with screenings and clinics for residents of Missoula, Montana. Document patient interactions in electronic health records and support case management activities. Partner with RNs, providers, and other county staff to deliver preventive and chronic care, health education, and outreach while promoting public health, safety, and quality of life for a diverse community.
