Job Summary
Assess patients, manage medication administration, and perform nursing treatments such as urinary catheterization and sterile dressing changes under RN direction. Reconcile prescribed medications, observe clinical data, and document visits electronically within 24-48 hours. Monitor for health status declines and communicate symptoms outside established parameters to the care team. Requires NY State LPN license, one year of med/surg experience, and strong computer skills. Earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus or student loan assistance.
