Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments while administering medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient progress, document care plans, and collaborate with physicians to educate patients and families on treatment recovery. Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment by responding quickly to patient needs. This role supports a team focused on dignifying post-acute care through evidence-based practice and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
