Job Summary
Provide physical and psychosocial well-being for residents in the memory care unit while developing meaningful relationships through life stories. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document resident condition changes, and manage medications proficiently. Create a comforting atmosphere, promote teamwork within the care team, and collaborate with nursing and facility staff for coordinated care. Maintain a respectful work environment while demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Full-time evening or night shift available.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
