Job Summary
LPN/LVN providing direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborates with Registered Nurses to report findings, implement care plans, and support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Delivers compassionate, personalized care, monitors vital signs and patient responses to treatments, and engages with patients to understand their rehabilitation goals. Includes opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and professional development within a nationally recognized post-acute care provider.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience preferred
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
