LPN Medication Nurse

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while following the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time, monitor resident symptoms, and report refusals or adverse reactions promptly. Conduct Service & Health Updates, transcribe physician orders, and maintain medication carts with strict narcotic counts to uphold compliance standards. Observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes and support care plan updates. This role requires an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and strong assessment skills within Sunrise Senior Living's senior care environment.
