Job Summary
Administer methadone as prescribed, evaluate and assess new and existing patients, and observe responses to treatment. Collect urine specimens, monitor lab work, and maintain complete patient dosing records while ensuring the center meets regulatory standards. Manage medical supply inventory, prepare courtesy dose packages, and collaborate with counselors and nurses. Mentor new team members, earn phlebotomy certification, and work in a fast-paced clinical environment involving prolonged standing and exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Schedule is 5:00am to 1:30pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN
- CPR and First Aid certified
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in chemical addiction
- Knowledge of medication dispensing equipment, centrifuges, physical assessment tools, breathalyzers, and other standard clinical devices
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to act independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and electronic medical records
- Earn phlebotomy certification when required
